Job Description

  • Support and participate in key human resources initiatives and projects
  • Assist to Review, develop and implement in performance management, annual C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices
  • Prepare HR reports, annual budget and headcount planning for management review and responsible for monitoring
  • Ensure the local HR processes and policies are compliant to local law requirements
  • Answer staff enquiries on HR matters
  • Implement in ad hoc HR projects as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Previous experience working in HR Consultancy firm will be an advantage
  • Responsible, independent, well organized, self-motivated and with good analytical skills
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • 4 years related experience
  • Experience on handling HRIS migration is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
