The incumbent will act as a HR Business Partner to provide professional HR services and advice to business leaders in order to better align human resources with the needs of the business. 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs in the most effective and efficient way
  • Conduct bench marking, compensation market survey and market comparison
  • Prepare and analyze management reports to assist management in strategic planning and business decisions
  • Assist in deploying retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
  • Assist in the execution of HR plan, operational procedures and projects etc.
  • Provide operation support in Performance Management process
  • Perform ad –hoc duties and projects as assigned
  •  

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience from a multi – national environment, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people
  • Initiative, detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
  • A good team player with can-do working attitude
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
