Duties & responsibilities:

  • To support delivery of projects including performance management system, annual exercises and ad hoc projects.
  • To implement human resources programmes, policies and functions relating to rewards management, performance management and payroll management;
  • To manage various human resources exercises on performance bonus, annual salary review, promotion, etc.
  • To assist the market surveys on human resources related areas;
  • To assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.


  • Minimum 3 years of HR relevant experience required with solid performance management and / or C&B project exposure;
  • Experience in securities brokerage house or financial institution will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Independent, good presentational and interpersonal skills;
  • Hands-on PC application, such as Chinese Word Processing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
