Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in formulation and implementation of HR polices with a focus on reviewing and revising company policies and procedures
  • Be responsible to review and rewrite employee handbook
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives such as position alignment in compliance with corporate objectives
  • Handle ad-hoc HR tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ relevant experience gained from MNC or sizable organizations, preferably in hospitality or service industry
  • Proactive, organized, responsible, detail-minded and able to deliver timely and quality work
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command of MS Office applications
