RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management, Taxation, MPF, EC cases handling and employee relations;
  • Assist in final payment calculation, taxation, leave management, MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Prepare statistical analysis and regular reports in human capital including headcount distribution, turnover rate analysis and budget reports etc.;
  • Review and implement HR policies and procedures, frontline staff remuneration package analysis and proposal;
  • Participate in salary and benefit market surveys, industry’s analysis and collect up-to-date market information to keep abreast of the market trends and the best practices in C&B management;
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects or tasks as assigned and ensure timely delivery of agreed upon schedules.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of all-rounded HR experience preferably gained in sizable companies in F&B industry;
  • Possess solid C&B experience in handling payroll, HRIS and HR reports is essential;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations;
  • Willing to accept new challenges, result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently;
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
