Job Responsibilities:

  • Support full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and HR administration;
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting (e.g. headcount report, safety report and KPI report etc.);
  • Participate in system tests for system implementation and enhancement activities;
  • Be responsible for data input in all HR information system and ensure personal data in HRIS is updated and accurate;
  • Support recruitment and training activities including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement and checking employment contract prepared by site administrators;
  • Provide monthly C&B support including OT checking, leave and attendance management;
  • Support the team in handling all HR projects whenever required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience in sizable companies or operation environment preferred;
  • Experienced in using HRIS and system enhancement;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with tight deadline;
  • Diligent, independent and detail-minded with strong analytical skills.
