The Job

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensations & benefits, training and other Administrative functions
  • Handle Payroll, MPF contribution and tax reporting administration
  • Identify and source new recruitment channels
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee electronic and paper files, ensuring they contain all pertinent information. Prepare reports, forms, logs, and enter appropriate information in HR systems

 

 

  • The Requirement
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area
  • Minimum of 2 years HR Generalist background, preferably gained from Hotel & Catering industry / Food & Beverage sector
  • Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
  • Detail oriented with good communication and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Immediate available preferable
  • Less experience candidate will consider as a Human Resources Assistant
