A-1 Bakery has been in Hong Kong since 1985 supported thanks to our customers, partners, community, employees and their families for more than 30 years. In Hong Kong today, we are operating more than 60 outlets including bakeries, café and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end to end recruitment cycle from job posting, screening resumes, arrange and conduct interview, preparing employment contract and process onboard procedure including conducting orientation class
  • Conduct jobs fairs, recruitment day and outdoor recruitment activities
  • Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
  • Assist in preparing the regular reports
  • Maintain data in Human Resources Management System and filing system
  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage or retail industry
  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
  • Applicant with more relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate Availability is preferred
