Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on HRIS implementation project
  • Handle full spectrum of C&B functions, but not limited to payroll, taxation, benefits and MPF administration
  • Provide support on routine human resources duties such as handling attendance and leave record, updating personnel information
  • Prepare various HR reports for management review
  • Work on other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in human resources preferably gained in sizable firm in retail or F&B industries
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
  • Proactive, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing & Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred 
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
