The position will be responsible for gathering data and producing reporting and insights to enable Talent Management (TM) and Country HR to better understand the workforce and identified talents. His/ Her participation in annual exercises will help HR and BU to address talent challenges and manage talent pipelines.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the annual staff planning exercise. Maintain and update talent profile, as well as the required reports, accurately and efficiently
  • Keep track the development progress of identified talents (e.g. individual development plans, learning & development activities, career development & opportunities, trainees, etc.)
  • Administer the on-going Performance Management (PM) system
  • Assist in managing performance review processes and tools (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation and calibration, progress tracking and results documentation, etc.). Strong partnership and provide group-level support to country PM Administrators
  • Develop analysis and reports from our performance reviews. Link the individual (and team) performance results to promotions and development opportunities
  • Administer promotion criteria for internal executives. Track the individual development progress for successful candidates
  • Manage the talent assessment tools during the recruitment process for external executives



  • Good analytical skills. Attention to details
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in HR practices and procedures, typically with an university degree in HR or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Experience using HR management systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Visio, etc.) is valued
