Our client is a leading property developer in Hong Kong, managing Grade A commercial and retail properties. They are now looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to assist the leasing & administrative works and daily operation for their mixed-use portfolio.


  • Handling new leasing, renewal negotiation and marketing matters
  • Maintain good tenant relations with prompt response to the enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis
  • Supervise operation team in order to provide quality service to tenants


  • Degree holder in Property Management / Housing / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience in property / leasing management of retail or commercial properties
  • Strong inter-personal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
