Responsibilities and Qualification:

  • A Qualified lawyer
  • Minimum 2 years' PQE experience working in law firms or commercial sector.
  • To draft and review of legal contracts and agreements, communicate and negotiate with third parties on contractual commitments
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various types of contract
  • To provide legal advice and support for group management and line managers on all legal matters across various Business Units and its subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Provide advice on IP right protection, privacy, commercial, employment
  • Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned.
  • Experienced in IP right protection, litigation and other general commercial practice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Experience in FMCG or F&B industry will be a big advantage
