Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate legal/commercial documents and agreements
  • Conduct legal research, prepare and provide legal advice
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties
  • Handle Hong Kong and overseas M&A legal affairs
  • Provide legal support to the company’s management
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements

  • Holder of LLB (Common Law) or above
  • Minimum 6 years post qualification experience
  • Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English for negotiations, document review, research and drafting
  • Candidates with in-house legal experience is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Legal Manager
  • Commencement date: February 2019 (Immediately available would be an advantage)
