As an Assitant Logistics Planning Manager of our client, with the need of high effieciency accuracy towards the delivery process, the Assistant Manager should be able and familiarise with the logistics and operation flows.

Rooting in Hong Kong for over 20 years, my client is a leading retain chain hiring over 1000 employees across the APAC region. Due to recent business expansion in providing better service in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Process Improvement (Logistics) Manager to look after the logistics issue in Hong Kong.

Description

  • Responsible for assisting strategic logistics operations (cargo team) planning
  • Review on the implementation of operational initiatives in enhancing service quality and productivity
  • Review roster, HR related issue on the cargo team
    • Help with streamline the logistics flow, refine SOP
    • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Profile

  • Degree holder in Business Management/ Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferable
  • With minimum of 3-5 years related logistics experience; supervisory level
    (preferably in local logistics / distribution center management)
  • Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
