Responsibilities

  • To lead and supervision of maintenance team and contractor to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance work
  • To upgrade works of building services system and liaison with client
  • To attend regular meeting and answer emergency call
  • To prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client
  • To inspect and audit on repair and maintenance works ensuring progress and completion meeting statutory requirements
  • To prepare technical specifications and requirements for all the self-preforming and outsourcing repair and maintenance works

 

Requirements

  • Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma / Certificate in Engineering / Building Studies or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in repair & maintenance of Electrical / HVAC / Building Services and MEP systems
  • Minimum 2 years working experience at managerial level in facility / property maintenance is preferred
  • Holder of Grade A / B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate preferable and Safety Card
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
  • Immediately available is preferred
