Assistant Manager

 
 

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees and ensures efficiency of all daily operational procedures
  2. Lead and motivate store associates to achieve store sales targets  
  3. Act as the leader on duty  
  4. Prepare the sales figures analysis and sales forecast for management review
  5. Manage and monitor merchandising, inventory, assets
  6. Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
  7. Handle any ad hoc projects
  8. Reach Company Target

Requirement

  • F.5 qualification with solid retail operations management experience  
Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
