We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Change Management and Delivery. 

In this role, you will

  • Take a business analysis role in all non-technical phases of Client Information Delivery related projects or enhancement implementation to ensure that business requirements are defined, validated and met.
  • Be responsible for the analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements    
  • Perform User Acceptance Test on the Accounting and Valuation packages and associated applications or interfaces developed by Information Technology department
  • Coordinate and control quality of User Acceptance Test performed by external users on the Accounting and Valuation packages and associated applications developed by Information Technology department
  • Take part and lead business projects when required  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related disciplines with extensive experience in System Implementation, Business Analysis, Process Review or Operations Management
  • Good Knowledge and understanding on Fund Accounting and Valuation
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong, or Taiwan regulatory reporting will be an advantage
  • Solid experience and ability in analyzing business needs, suggesting solutions, documenting user requirements, and implementing solutions
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken both Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
