Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation of work programmes and action plans as well as execution of community engagement activities, programmes and plans under established strategy
  • To develop and maintain a vibrant liaison network with Government departments, interest / concern groups, residents groups and other stakeholders on urban renewal issues
  • To provide key support to Senior Manager in handling of complaints and petition from District Council members or concern groups
  • To be responsible for the production of publicity materials which address stakeholders' concerns and foster communication and understanding between the Authority and the local communities
  • To prepare replies to complaints / enquiries received from Legislative Council members, District Council members, residents and concern groups etc.

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in public administration, communications or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of full time experience in related fields
  • A strong sense of social and community development trends
  • Satisfactory oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Knowledge in desktop research (including the application of internet search) would be an added advantage
