The Firm

Our client is a top tier provider of fiduciary and administration services.

The Opportunity

  • Handle full-set of corporate administrative duties to their prestigious clients
  • Work closely with the Manager, Corporate Administration Department, preparation of management reports, training requirements, performance review etc. 
  • Identify and make recommendation in improving quality of service to local and international clients
  • Work closely with the Manager in preparation of reports and training erformance review etc.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree holder with associate membership of ICSA / HKICS
  • Working experience from legal firm or external company secretarial/corporate administration service providers
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervising experience required
  • Sound client service experiences in Cayman/BVI area
