Our client is a large commercial group. To cope with their business growth, they are now hiring a Assistant Manager - Data Projects who has strong business sense, can come up with different ways to understand the customers and touch points to collect data. Able to drive from scratch data lake projects and perform vendor management. In 1-2 years time to deploy Power BI and enable user to cut report ride on this tool. Also enable digital initiatives to ride on data findings in order to capture the market and develop interactive and dynamic promotion.

工作内容

• As BA/PM to define data strategy and drive from scratch data lake projects. Perform vendor management on technical delivery.
• Demonstrate strong business sense and come up with solutions on how to better understand customer behavior and touch points to collect data.
• Perform business data gathering, consolidation, analysis and presentation
• Provides meaningful and actionable insights based on thorough business analysis to support strategic planning, various marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Prepares reports and presentations to senior management and marketing teams.
• Implementation of Power BI
• Enable user department to cut report on Power BI and build digital initiatives ride on data insight.
• Provides support to ad hoc and special projects for digital transformation

理想的求职者

* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant disciplines.
* 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis/ Project Management with focus on Data
* Strong commercial sense with strategic mindset, able to come up with solutions to capture market share, customer loyalty with larger data sets obtained
* Strong analytical skills and attention to details with ability to extract deep insights and generate presentable reports.
* Experience with data analysis & platform is a plus
* Hands on with visualization e.g. Power BI/ Tableau/ Qlik is a plus
* Expertise to build consensus and relationships among leaders and key partners.
* Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and story tell.
* Comfortable making data-based recommendations to senior leadership.
* Experience in from scratch/ green field project is a plus
* Highly resourceful team player with ability to effectively work independently.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
