Our client is a leading telcom global player, a new opportunity has been raisen and is looking for an Assistant Manager focusing in Employee Engagement within its Learning and Development team.

Reporting to the L&D Head, you will be responsible for all employee relations and engagement programs which to establish positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation, including employee surveys, round-table discussion etc. You will also lead relevant staff recognition program and organize different staff activities and campaigns which to strengthen internal communication.

To qualify, successful individual must posses:
  • Bachelor degree with hands-on at least 5 years of experiences in employee engagement activities
  • Solid employee program design & excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Result focus, detail-minded, able to work with all level of staff
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing is a MUST
  • Good command in both spoken Chinese & English; Putonghua is a MUST
