We are looking for a cooperate real estate candidate to manage daily operations and provide the premier services/environment for a luxury retail brand. This candidate needs to make sure smooth reservation and right use for the facility; also giving the pleasant experience for the internal customers.

Our client is an international fashion brand that has a strong footprint in the worldwide luxury goods market.

Description
  • Plan ahead for external support including packers, waiters, stewarding staffs for all VIP dining and events
  • Supervise overall and day-to-day operation including cleaning, catering, concierge service and AV support
  • Monitor all daily operational works including general cleaning, AV checking, carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and marble treatment
  • Coordinate and monitor routine maintenance works and renovation projects
  • Manage all administrations and human resources allocation, such as room bookings, overall budget and procurement process, OT records, staff roster
  • F&B vendors selection and performance


Profile

  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
  • 6+ years of related working experience, preferably from hospitality management in the prestige environment
  • Good communication skill in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS office
