Purpose of the Job

Leading a donor data management team, the incumbent is responsible for managing donor’s data and the business (fundraising operational) process we use to integrate it to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. S/he also takes lead to regularly review and redesign, if necessary, the business process to ensure business expectations are met.

 Role and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure data and business process comply with our internal guidelines and data protection regulations.
  • Review the business process from time to time, and redesign it on a needed basis.
  • Lead the creation of various fundraising report templates, which will be used for daily fundraising operations
  • Work with teams throughout Fundraising to develop and maintain procedural documentation of business process.
  • Oversee monthly reconciliation of donation income ensuring accurate accounting. Work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance Dept. to ensure successful donation processing and setup of new donation collection methods
  • Take initiatives to enhance operational efficiency of the Change for Good and collection box programmes. S/he is also responsible for oversee the daily operations of these two programmes at our Happy Valley sub-office.

 

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree holder, with at least 10 years of experience in operations, over 4 years in supervisory role, preferably related to sales or fundraising
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Proficient in database management through CRM system. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
  • Committed and with demonstrated ability to maintain high degree of accuracy
  • Attention to details and result oriented, with strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
