The incumbent will be responsible to assist to manage and develop marketing plan and agency incentives to achieve business target, and to coach team members to roll out varieties of marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plan and manage the team to execute marketing campaigns and agency incentives to meet sales target and to promote corporate branding
  • Guide the team members to roll out varieties of marketing activities to achieve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Design and develop innovative electronic tools to drive sales activities
  • Implement business strategic projects to assist hitting business objectives
  • Design and conduct training for intermediaries to enhance their knowledge and selling skills
  • Review procedures and guidelines to achieve efficiency and excellence
  • Ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Insurance equivalent
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in marketing activities, agency training and agency incentives, preferably 1-2 years in managerial level
  • Professional qualification in insurance industry (ACII or ANZIIF) is preferred
  • Experience in handling and meeting expectations of intermediaries and distributors is preferred
  • Familiar with insurance market trends, industry rules and practices
  • Knowledge of general insurance products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
