  • Responsible for HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and organization development
  • Supporting Hong Kong head office and Regional office
  • Knowledge on company standards and provide professional advice to line managers on employee-related issues
  • Regularly review on policies and procedures to ensure the HR practices are of standard
  • Communicate and coordinate with training consultants on training programme and materials
  • Handle HR projects and support on ad hoc management reports

Job requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration related
  • 8+ years of working experience as HR generalist, focusing on recruitment and L&D
  • Mature, flexible, organised and focus on accuracy
  • Experienced in policy review; with regional exposure is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; in Mandarin as a plus
