What you will be doing

Ideas management's mission is to manage all ideas coming from business seeking for IT advice or solution to achieve the intended business goals.

Being primary contact point with our business teams, we engage right CTO experts to validate the business ideas and explore feasible options that comply with business strategy and maximise business benefit in a collaborative manner:

  • Administer the portfolio of idea submissions from all business units
  • Help to filter ideas against business strategy and priorities
  • Keep track of all submitted ideas end-to-end, from 1st submission to the cancellation of the idea or successful implementation, at a timely manner; and provide regular dashboard report to create transparency to stakeholders
  • Learn to drive and facilitate ideation workshop for business users and other CTO teams to come up with solution design, and ballpark estimates if applicable
  • Learn from our Design Lead to turn innovative ideas into solid requirement with sound benefits.
What we expect

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skill and passion to learn. Able to communicate in both business and technical languages. Enjoy interacting with people and able to work in a collaborative environment. Other than that, you should:

  • Experience in business analysis with technical background is preferable
  • Solid experience in Insurance industry
  • Able to build trustworthy relationship with stakeholders.
  • Able to manage customer expectations
  • Have a natural focus on customer centricity
  • Be collaborative and able to drive collaboration among stakeholders
  • Be comfortable in a diverse and inclusive working environment, where individual differences are valued
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
