Responsibilities:

  • Perform audit assignments of Corporate Banking and Branch Operations to ascertain effectiveness of internal control
  • Identify, assess key risk areas and recommend timely and appropriate solutions to mitigate potential risk and enhance internal control and operational efficiency
  • Follow up post-audit recommendations, validate remedial actions and ensure audit / regulatory issues are timely addressed and rectified
  • Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ audit experience in financial industry, preferably with experience in Branch Audit
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing
  • Occasional travel to China may be required
