Our client, a corporation in Sports Industry is hiring an Assistant Manager to join their team

 

 

Requirements:

  • Support day-to-day operation of security systems (IP based CCTV system, enterprise access control and integrated alarm systems) on maintenance, inspections, tests and reviews.
  • Manage repair & maintenance services of corporate security systems
  • Provide technical advice, design, support and project management for the implementation and operation of the corporate security systems
  • Manage all service providers for Repair & Maintenance services of security systems and monitor their services performance
  • Handle the renewal of Repair & Maintenance services and workout the service agreements
  • Workout the most appropriated service level agreements and procurement strategies
  • Prepare and develop tender documents, evaluation criteria and tender evaluation reports
  • Develop the platform and workflow to manage, store and share the handover documents, materials and drawings after the completion of security systems implementation projects
  • Manage and supervise the EAM administrator to handle day-to-day assets registration, the follow-up of repair & maintenance services and the accounting of associated expense for life cycle cost calculation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably with additional Electronic Engineering or IT / information related qualifications
  • 8 Years+ experience in on the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of the security systems (includes IP based CCTV system, enterprise access control and integrated alarm systems) in a corporate or service provider
  • Experience in leading project implementation of security systems for large enterprises and/or major projects in Hong Kong and/or China
  • Good project management and project coordination skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
