Responsibilities:

Plan and implement the execution of various training programmes and events such as HKIHRM Pay Trend and Training Trend Seminar, Mini-conferences and other programmes

Responsible for training programmes development, promotion and sponsorship

Oversee the production of training materials, collateral and the development of new promotional materials

Review and evaluate learning methodologies and effectiveness of training programmes

Supervise team logistics

Engage and manage relationships with trainers, committees and participants

Handle ad-hoc projects and perform other departmental duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder with a  minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in training and/or events management, particularly 2 years’ at managerial level

Team player with good project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills

Multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with seasonal workload

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

Excellent command of Chinese, English and Putonghua
