Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities

  • Complete the audit assignments in an efficient and effective way
  • Plan and perform audits to evaluate and improve internal controls of the Company
  • Review working papers to record audit work performed
  • Identify control deficiencies and formulate recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare draft report detailing audit findings and recommendations
  • Interact with operational management effectively
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Big 4 trained with at least 6 years' in auditing
  • Internationally recognized accounting qualification
  • Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Strong business acumen with excellent report writing skills in English and Cantonese

Assistant Manager - Risk Management

Responsibilities

  • Assist implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management processes including preparation of risk registers and risk management activities reporting
  • Work closely with management to ensure risks are identified, assessed and monitored in a timely manner
  • Identify, develop and implement effective initiatives (e.g. Policies and Procedures and other internal controls) to reduce potential exposure
  • Maintain business continuity plans and support management to perform effective drills
  • Conduct research on emerging risk trends in the business environment and propose mitigating measures
  • Support implementation of risk aware culture including preparation of trainings

Requirements

  • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CPA & FRM
  • 3 years or more relevant experience gained from real estate industry
  • Prior external audit experience with Big 4
  • Good business acumen and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Good command of oral and written English and Cantonese
