The Job

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of development and maintenance of sales application including web content maintenance
  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects or system development to improve sales support services
  • Perform User Acceptance Test and prepare related documentations to IT department
  • Support agency’s system training and enquiry
  • Development MIS reports for senior management in monitoring sales activities
  • Assist superior in data analysis and formulate meaningful presentation to senior management
  • Monitor agency registration and termination function and assist in daily operation management
  • Help establish and review existing procedures to improve operation efficiency

The Person

  • Degree holder with 6-8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
  • Information technology experience/knowledge in life insurance and web content management is an definite advantage
  • Proficient in website development software e.g. html and Java Script and web page/graphic design
  • Knowledge in other software e.g. SAS and Data Warehouse
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Good knowledge in agency contracting, recruitment packages and agency compensation
  • Preferably with FLMI, ACS, ARA, AIAA qualification but not a must
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
