The Job

  • Analyze customer usage / viewing behavior / subscription and provide actionable insights to identify business opportunities
  • Support other teams in providing analytical data as per business requirements
  • Provide management reports and powerpoint presentations on regular basis
  • Develop, implement and maintain analytical tools, models and databases

The Person

  • University degree in Quantitative Analysis/Data Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in consumer insight/data analytics
  • Hands-on experience in analytics and data mining of relational database, preferably in telecommunication or retail industry
  • Capability in writing queries and handling voluminous data
  • Proficiency in SQL programming and MS Excel and Powerpoint a must, and other language like SAS, VBA, R, etc.
  • Experience in reporting / data visualization tool like cognos, qlik, tableau, etc. an definite advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
