A top-tier offshore law firm is looking for a hard-working and capable Assistant Manager to look after a team of 4-5.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest offshore law firms in Hong Kong with a well-established Fiduciary business.

Description

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assisting lawyers in performing a wide range of company secretarial duties;
Handle statutory compliance works in offshore jurisdictions;
Prepare resolutions and minutes;
Familiar with Company Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements for overseas companies;
Incorporation of companies; reorganisation;
Perform ad-hoc company secretarial duties as assigned from time to time.

Profile

Candidate requirements:

Relevant Corporate Governance qualification and accreditation.
Associate member of HKICS preferred.
At least 8 years experience.
Strong command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Self-motivated, independent and a reasonable personality and who can work well in a small/close-knit environment.
Immediately available is preferred.
