The successful incumbent will develop, drive and own the LEAN initiatives of one of our major Distribution Centers under footwear and apparel vertical.

Major Responsibilities: -

  • Identify, initiate and facilitate lean and process improvement projects, training, and workshops to drive LEAN culture in local and oversea operation
  • Conduct root cause analysis based on performance/productivity reports to determine metrics, troubleshoot operation issue, review/re-define operation flow and handle process documentation/standardization
  • Conduct advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, budgeting and cost analysis to determine LEAN project feasibility
  • Develop and conduct compliance audits, LEAN program evaluations and reviews to drive results and manage sustainable changes
  • Lead, liaise, and co-ordinate with different business units on the LEAN project status to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized and implemented in a timely and effective manner
  • Take lead on productivity measurement and improving the accuracy of measurement by digitization

Required Qualifications: -

  • Degree holder or above
  • 4 years’ solid experience gained from a productivity and continuous improvement role in contract logistics industry
  • Good knowledge in Distribution Center daily operations and WMS are highly preferred
  • Proven stakeholder management ability and influencing skills; able to balance and positively manage the different perspectives from multiple stakeholders
  • Proven problem solver with can-do and self-motivated attitude at all time
  • Willing to travel frequently
