Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a high calibre for their loyalty program of Assistant Manager - Partnership & Merchant Acquisition based in HK.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local market heads to ensure the consistency with global communication strategy
  • Research and develop overall strategy, including user acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Assist Senior Manager of Partnership & Merchant Acquisition Team to manage and monitor partners and merchants
  • Monitoring Redemption catalog
  • Redemption items, privilege and coalition strategic planning
  • Approach different potential partners for customers benefit and privilege
  • Vendor briefing, follow up and time-management
  • Prepare MarCom brief for MarCom team

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 6 year relevant experience preferably in Telecom, FMCG, Retails and bank.
  • Experience in loyalty Rewards program is necessary.
  • Extensive network of different types of merchants.
  • Hands-on experience in online rewards logistics.
  • Pro-active, able to generate ideas and work independently.
  • Strong writing in English and Chinese with excellent overall communication skills.
