  • Manage the analysis of financial performances and financial positions under IFRS / Solvency II Pillar III basis for both Life & General Insurance
  • Prepare presentation materials for financial performances and financial positions and present to senior management and Head Office
  • Manage the submission for profitability, balance sheets and other financial related schedules in accordance with the Group requirement and timetable
  • Manage the CFO sign-off process for both IFRS and Solvency II Pillar III basis
  • Manage annual audit and interim review
  • Streamline the reporting preparation process of both IFRS and Solvency II Pillar III basis
  • Participate in IFRS17 and accounting ledger projects, including design of chart of accounts and UAT
  • Participate in other ad hoc special projects and provide technical accounting support as required


  • University graduate in finance or related disciplines
  • Certified or chartered accountant, or associate or fellow of recognized actuarial professional bodies
  • At least 8 years' working experience in finance function / insurance industry
  • Solid knowledge in IFRS, with knowledge in IFRS 4 - Insurance contract is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organization and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience/knowledge in Solvency II Pillar III reporting / IFRS 17 / General Insurance would be an advantage
