We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Projects.

In this role, you will

  • ​​Provide business and administrative support to executives
  • Manage the executives' diaries to ensure balanced, maximum and efficient use of time
  • Monitor the cost center and expense used within budget and work to save cost in arranging business trips for executive
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties and organize various functions and events
  • Arrange overseas travel for the executives and their direct team, including visa application, flight, hotel booking and expense reimbursement
  • Manage other administrative functions, including setting up infrastructure new joiners, maintaining relevant internal records, such as leave or system access, filing key records.
  • Prepare management communications, reporting and presentations as required
  • Provide project management support on initiatives or projects as required.
  • Capture minutes, follow up and log responses to key actions of meetings, as assigned


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • ​​Extensive experience in administrative support
  • Good knowledge of HSBC processes and procedures for effective business administration
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and exercise influencing skills to deliver positive outcomes
  • Stamina and resilience to manage the level of intensity and challenges presented by the business
  • Able to manage stakeholders across different time zones, which might involve working flexible hours
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, and English is a must
