Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead public engagement strategies, and design public engagement programmes for different consultancy projects
  • Manage and implement public engagement programmes, including publicity material production and event management
  • Participate in public engagement events and conduct public engagement analysis

 

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Administration or related field
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience; agency background will be an advantage
  • Strong sense in public affairs and political and community issues with a genuine interest in meeting people
  • Good project management skill with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines
  • Independent, mature, responsible, detail-minded and result-oriented
  • Good writing skills on editorial and reports
  • Collaborative with strong ability to work closely and professionally with designers, PR and production agencies and other service providers
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

 

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager | Public Engagement (Projects) and candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer | Public Engagement (Projects).
