The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in performing compliance/quality assurance related tasks including preparing/filing of statutory returns, management reports and complaint handling to help ensuring operation compliance with regulation and business requirements. Major accountabilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall compliance with legislative requirements, governing rules and Service Agreements for the portfolios assigned
    - Prepare/check statutory returns/reports
    - Ensure Permanent Departure reports are submitted and records are updated
    - Handle compliance reporting
    - Prepare and review SOS reports/management reports
    - Review and update procedure/operation procedure manuals
  • Handle complaints and enquiries from trustees, regulator, government bodies
  • Co-ordinate on-site visits and audits by auditors, regulators and trustees. Ensure proper follow up actions are taken for the issues identified in the visits
  • Prepare, co-ordinate and delivery of in-house training sessions organized by Quality Assurance Team
  • Assist in routine & ad-hoc projects, e.g. UAT, legislative changes related projects …etc

Requirements

  • University graduate preferred
  • At least 6 years' working experience in pension industry, of which 2 years with regulators, trustees or compliance area preferred
  • Good knowledge of MPF / ORSO Ordinance and Regulations
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access)
