The position will responsible for understanding, implementing and enforcing the retail processes. He/ she must deliver consistent leadership that will ensure the quality of our products & services. The retail processes include communication, training, scheduling and overseeing all aspects of retail to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement operational strategies to maximize business growth and brand equity
  • Oversee and manage daily operation for the retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Build and drive the team to provide best-in-class service and maintain customer-centric shopping experience
  • Monitor, coach and develop the retail team by KPI metrics to achieve sales target
  • Motivate and perform regular performance review to the team and develop their talents
  • Handle sales analysis and planning for the stores
  • Implement, executive and monitor incentive program for promotions
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare sales report and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related working experience in which 3 years at supervisory level, preferably from beauty / luxury retail industry
  • Sales-driven, analytical mind with strong numerical sense
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, excellent communication skill and strong in people management with field coaching
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
