The Job

  • Assist to formulate the overall sales and marketing strategy with update market analysis.
  • Co-ordinate with consultants, production house, legal firm and internal divisions to prepare sales and marketing collaterals and all relevant legal documents in accordance with the requirement of Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, compile progress reports and studies to keep abreast of the property market trend.
  • Liaise with interior designer, architect and internal project management for project layout and design matters as well as show flat development.
  • Propose action plans regarding manpower and programmes for sales & handover of flats; manage the overall control of sales and handover flow and logistics including draft procedural guidelines and participate in formulating the handover standard of the residential development.
  • Lead subordinates to compile sales and handover records, statistics, analysis and progress reports and prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Windows application including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
  • Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer (Sales & Marketing).
