Our client, a reputable and listed bank, is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team. Focusing on Credit Risk MIS & Loan Portfolio Review, candidate is responsible for:



  • Perform analytical review on the credit risk portfolio and highlight areas of concerns with regard to the Bank’s risk appetite
  • Monitor counter-party exposures within the risk management framework
  • Compile MIS reports to the credit and other risk teams in a timely manner
  • Provide regular updates on credit risk exposures with the prime objectives of internal and regulatory guidelines compliance
  • Formulate on-going plans and programs on system development and enhancement for MIS
  • Conduct data analysis related to risk related issues
  • Assist ad hoc assignment as required



  • University graduate in Risk Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Quantitative Analysis or Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in banking in particular, credit initiation/approval and MIS maintenance (including experience in system development/enhancement)
  • Familiar with HKMA’s Supervisory Policy Manual and expectations thereof
  • Knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques, SAS or other statistical tools will be an advantage
  • Strong in reviewing MIS reports for exceptions, irregularities or non-compliance
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
