Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and secretarial support to manager in handling of operation matters of affiliated schools;
  • Provide secretarial support to committees/meetings, prepare and compile documents/reports and minutes;
  • Monitor the quality services of kindergartens, assist in budget planning, provide advice on operational strategies as well as plan and lead new initiatives;
  • Coordinate and manage joint school seminars/functions/activities, occasionally outside of normal office hours;
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, affiliated schools, government departments and external organizations;
  • Handle enquiries or educational related matters from schools or the public;
  • Compile communication materials and contents of websites for promotion and publicity;
  • Undertake ad hoc research including information collection, compilation and analysis for specific issues as assigned, and provide a summary/proposal to facilitate the management’s decision making;
  • Perform any other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of solid working experience, preferably with experience in education field and school administration;
  • Familiar with school administration, education policies, latest development in education;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Good communication, organizational, problem-solving and supervisory skills;
  • Be a good team player with a positive attitude;
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills are looked-for qualities of the appointee;
  • Immediately available preferred.

 

Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Supervisor.
