Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in write-ups and coordination of solicitation proposals to Trust, Foundations and government funding
  • Partner with service departments on funding applications and follow up in a timely manner
  • Compile funding project and budget reports and coordinate service review visits with funders
  • Establish and develop relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations
  • Systematic organization in application and documents for records

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing and Communications Discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field, experience in developing funding proposal and application is a definite advantage
  • Strong writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English, with good presentation skills and editorial skills
  • Proficient in Chinese word-processing and Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) is a must
  • Self-motivated, well versed with donors and stakeholders, detailed oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good team players with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

 

Contract period: 1 year (renewable)
