Job Duties:

  • Perform and ensure quality output of workflow on funds management, including support in daily operations such as fund price valuation, fund order placement and settlement, and particpate in investment month-end closing
  • Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation and reports for funds assets and banks.
  • Maintain proper records on unit-linked funds price calculation and match with the NAV with underlying assets and fund houses.
  • Review funds price published to the media and price input in system
  • Review administrative process for fund orders and settlements and maintain proper record in general ledger.
  • Support ad hoc company projects and user acceptance test

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualification of professional accounting body (e.g. ACCA or HKICPA)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial reporting and/or fund accounting, preferably in insurance industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • Strong software skills including MS Excel, Access and SUN accounting system
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Executive
