Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing & Communication team with the production of communication materials including newsletters, brochures, presentation materials, press release etc. in both Chinese and English
  • Monitor database and conduct market research
  • Assist in managing the online marketing channels and social media platforms including content development, design, animation and video production
  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties to assist in all kinds of events, including conferences, seminars, charity activities, etc
  • Perform miscellaneous assignments and assist in ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, In-Design andIllustrator is advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing & Communication Assistant
