To cope with the Company’s new strategy, we invite high calibre individuals to join our dynamic team:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities
  • Work with the management team to prepare a core brand message, marketing strategy and apply these into all aspects of marketing
  • Assist in market research and analysis to support and define brand and marketing strategy
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing the progress on the established strategies and the 5-year growth plan
  • Work with implementing a strong web presence through Somfy website, social media and all industry leading blogs, forums and channels
  • Work with the marketing teams of regional business unit to develop the marketing plan
  • Maintain and update the Somfy website and social media, manage the email newsletter
  • Coordinate for printed media such as brochures, press releases, posters and press advertisement etc.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials, planning and coordinate for photo and video shoots
  • Assist in managing all resources to prepare sales information and to facilitate product training
  • Responsible for preparing periodical reports for management’s review

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in market development
  • Candidates with marketing research experience and knowledge in digital marketing is an advantage
  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities
  • Agile business acumen with good understanding about the market and competitors' products
  • Presentable, excellent interpersonal skill and be a good team player
  • Highly self-motivated, dynamic, hands-on, innovative and with can-do attitude
  • Good time management, able to work within tight timeline and be multi-tasking
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and understanding of desktop publishing is a plus
  • Occasional travel will be required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
