Assistant Marketing Manager

Role

• Provide professional marketing solutions to clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, project pitching and clients presentation as well as maintaining good clients relationships for recurring businesses
• Help and enhance smooth events and functions
• Ensure clear communications with clients regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action items
• Manage and monitor the project team from planning to execution, ensuring quality deliverables to clients on time
• Maintain project Profit/Loss and be able to identify the potential risk for the projects
• Lead and provide coaching to junior team members
• Able to manage and coordinate well with outsource parties and vendors

Requirement

• Tertiary education graduated in any disciplines.
• Around 6-8 years relevant experience in Marketing and Client Services / Account Management (with 2-4 years at senior level)
• Experience in event marketing agencies / PR firms is a MUST
• Client-focused, sales driven with strong project management skills
• Possess good media/production house network and relationship preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing is a MUST)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive

Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave, Double Pay and Annual Bonus will be offered to successful candidates.
