Job Description

• Assist Marketing Manager to identify, formulate and implement marketing strategy and plan to align with company directions and goals
• Maintain good relationship with all parties to monitor project delivery and marketing program performance
• Provide support and collaborate with different teams, facilitate training and presentation for the frontline staffs in order to achieve excellent service
• Handle the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials to tie in with events and other business needs
• Assist in ad hoc projects and marketing events as assigned

Skills and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, good organization, communication, presentation and planning skills
• Proactive in initiating new ideas
• Experience working in creative and design industry preferable
• Knowledge of different marketing tools especially SEO, SEM, Google Adword, Google Analytics and other social media platforms preferable
• Experience in handling media enquiries and publicity
• High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in AI and/or Photoshop will be an advantage
• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure
