Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in developing and implementing 360 degree integrated marketing plan to advocate the brand, drive consumer penetration & conversion as well as to build brand equity in alignment with company’s vision and ambitions
  • Evaluate key online and offline marketing initiatives through ROI process with key metrics to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead a small team to run data analysis of sales promotion, penetration, joint promotion and membership programs to generate customer insights to support business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead a small team to formulate, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing strategy across all digital disciplines including Social Media, SEM, google analytics, mobile application, emailing, website and e-commerce management
  • Assist in budget planning and expense monitoring as well as compiling status reports on regular basis
  • Assist in content creation, copywriting, development of the flow and design for all marketing collateral materials
  • Effectively work with the team and cross function departments to translate all the ideas into quality marketing campaigns to reach performance KPI
  • Liaison with key agencies including design house, PR agencies, digital media agencies to coordinate various regular or ad hoc projects to deliver desired results and accelerate the brand image & awareness  

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis including CRM, promotion tracking and customer penetration supervisory level
  • Experience in Wine and Spirit and travel retail is a plus
  • Expertise in the know-how of digital marketing and e-commerce field
  • Good sense of current and emerging trends in the social media landscape and digital information development
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal skills, creative, strategic mindset and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced working environment
